Rock of Gibaltar

Gibraltar is owned by Britain. This is a picture from the Spain side approaching the border

Gibaltar has the absurd situation where one has to cross the airport runaway to enter. The border is just on the other side of the runaway. You can see the road crossing the runway, they have to stop traffic when planes come!

This picture is taken from the Spanish side and could be a very nice area but Spain does seem to recognize the potential of Gibraltar for their own tourism
